The men working were very friendly and the process for appraising my item and getting the cash for it was very quickly. The guy helping me did a great job explaining the pawning (lol) process since this was my first time. If I ever need a pawn shop again in the future, I will return. Thanks guys!

Honest and good people. They have great prices on items and treat people fairly when palming merchandise.

All in all the pawnshop is well manage it has been a staple and a resource in the community of Baldwin Park for several years. Like any other pawn shop they are always trying to give you a fair market value for your items whether you are selling them or asking for a short term loan. My experience on this visit was a good experience, was asking for a certain price but we were able to come to a agreement for my loan. Which was fair enough for myself. Thank you for your help today I appreciate it!

Jimmy was very helpful. I had a lot of questions and he was very patient and answered them to the best of his knowledge. At the end of the transition he explained everything in detail and all of our options.
